This three-part client-led story focuses on our work at the Manor Hotel in Exmouth.
Our aim with this article is to share our clients’ perspectives as a project progresses from concept to completion.
This will be done in the following stages:
1. Ambitions and motivation for the project.
2. Thoughts during the middle of the project build.
3. Feelings upon completion.
We are re-designing and refurbishing the restaurant of the Manor Hotel in Exmouth. The Georgian-era grade II listed building has been sat in an enviable location on Exmouth’s historic Regency Beacon since 1790.
We spoke to Harry Tucker, Managing Director of Manor to get an insight into his ambitions and motivations for the project “We contacted Fruition as we knew they would be able to provide us with up-to-date and practical ideas that will bring our hotel into the 21st century.”
We have also been commissioned to re-design the Function Room, Reception and Bar. We will begin work on these spaces once the restaurant is complete. The brief we have developed with our client aims to build on the character and charm of the hotel.
