Nigel wanted to create a hotel that captured the essence of Cornwall. With our help he has created a hotel that has been part of the recent Cornish holiday renaissance.

Within the hotel we have created three distinct interior 'brands', The Flying Fish Brasserie, The Oyster Bay Restaurant and St Michael's Spa. This has lead to a significant increase in non-residential business.
